Wako Shoji's main line of products includes high standard apparatus such as ventilators, aspirators, resuscitators and AEDs, to a variety of everyday emergency apparatus such as stretchers, rescue vests, medical vests, tourniquets, collars, as well as CPR training kits. As a Japanese company based in one of the most vulnerable regions under the constant threat of earthquakes, Wako Shoji also places high priority on educating and increasing the disaster preparedness among the professionals and the Japanese public. As part of this effort, Wako Shoji has created a sales team dedicated specifically to work with DMAT and other disaster-specialized hospitals and institutions, providing them with a variety of disaster specific medical apparatus such as protective suits, masks, decontamination tents, radioactive detectors, and the disaster survival kits.

During the Eastern Japan Earthquake that had devastated the Tohoku region in 2011, Wako Shoji contributed to providing many of the necessary emergency medical apparatus and supplies to the the first responder teams on ground. Some of our sales team members have also donated their time volunteering at several key emergency outposts during the disaster.
